We want to help you with all your needs your regular doctor cannot help you with at the time you are sick. We do not want to replace your family doctor, but we want to be available when your doctor is not able to see you. We can help with basic health maintenance if you need us at your convenience.

We can do EKGs, X-Rays, PAP smears, cancer screening, Cholesterol tests, Colon cancer screens and other routine blood tests in addition to a routine physical exam. We will fax our diagnosis and treatment plan to your family doctor with your permission.

We hope we can assist you and your family doctor with keeping you in the best of health.

We don’t make appointments. We want to see you when you need us. If we are so busy that you have to wait longer than 30 minutes, we will give you the option to go shopping, run errands or go home and we will call you when you have less then 20 minutes to see the doctor.

To make it even more convenient, we can check you in online via a secure Internet connection. We will ask you for your personal and insurance information. We will call you with the number you leave us when it is your turn to be seen. This can all be done in the comfort of your home or place of work, so you won’t have to deal with any waiting or paperwork in the waiting room!

We don’t admit to the hospitals in town. We work with Hospitalists doctors. They are doctors that specialize in taking care of patients in the hospital. They are there all day and night. They can do this because they don’t have a regular office. They do not see patients outside of the hospital, just like emergency room doctors.

Of course, if you have a family doctor, you should be under your doctor's care while in the hospital.

Since we don’t go to the hospital, we can be available 7 days a week, even stay open late every weekday night up until 9 pm!

We feel this will give you a better choice in medical care and will provide a higher quality of medicine – All of this with the convenience of medical care when you need it!

Yes. We offer discounts through our Urgent Pass Program.

The typical symptoms of the flu are Moderate to high fever, runny nose and a feeling like you have been run over by Mack truck. That being said, you can still have the flu with milder symptoms. The best way to tell is by a flu test. You can have a fast test (about 10 minutes) done in the office. The reason you would want to know is because there is treatment to get you better faster, but it needs to start in 24-48 hours to be beneficial.

You can get heat exhaustion even if it is seemingly fair and not hot weather. If you feel hot, dizzy, clammy, stop sweating or have muscle cramps go inside in the AC and call your doctor. Drink lots of fluids. If you get nauseated or vomit get medical help right away. If you ignore this it could become a heat stroke, which can lead to a worse outcome. Some of the symptoms of a heat stroke is fever, cramping, fast heart rate, confusion, irritable, hallucinations, coma, breathing fast, muscle pain and not urinating. Heat stroke is life threatening.

If you ask this question, you probably need to have it looked at by a medical professional. Most cuts or lacerations can be fixed at any Urgent Doc. If you see bones broken or tendons cut, we will refer you to a proper specialist. If you are bleeding a lot go to the emergency room. Make sure you get your Tetanus updated even if you don’t think you need stitches.

This is always a tough question to answer without examining the injury. When we determine whether an X-ray is needed, we consider the injury type, structure that is injured and the risk versus benefit of doing an X-ray.
