Patient Representatives:

Should be proficient in computer skills.  All records are electronic.  They should have very good patient communication, cash and math skills.  Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Clinical:

Trained clinical providers should have one of the following qualifications: LVN, MA, RT and NCT (with experience).  Anyone who is already cross-trained or are willing to cross train is a plus.  Licensed EMT/Paramedic are always needed.  All should be BLS certified.  ACLS is a plus.

All should have excellent patient communication skills and able to use/learn electronic medical records.
